**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse B - Supportive Care Projects Coordinator to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives in assigned long-term care homes within the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).
  • Plan, design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate projects and initiatives as identified by the Continuing Care and Seniors' Health department.
  • Mentor and lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives in assigned long-term care homes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff on quality improvement and risk management practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Two (2) years of experience in long-term care.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, research, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and leadership strategies.
