Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, clinical opportunities, and vaccinations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels within the pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry, including new medications and clinical opportunities.
- Provide private consultations to patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
- Offer clinical services, including medication management and health screening.
Requirements
- Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Injection certification.
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
- Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
- Additional training or certifications considered an asset.

Compensation
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors. The salary range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00 per hour.
