Food Preparation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Plato Filipino. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing menus, including selecting ingredients, preparing recipes, and ensuring that dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils, and ensuring that all food safety and handling procedures are followed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
