About the Role

Danone is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Assistant Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the rolling forecast and GPS process to ensure accurate Overheads costs outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Period Closing Process to ensure rock-solid accounting of Overheads costs
  • Enable reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts
  • Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts, developing and following up on action plans
  • Meet strict reporting deadlines with timely and accurate reporting
  • Work on continuous improvement and simplification of existing tools and systems
  • Promote compliance to Danone guidelines and policies
  • Active participation in project management related to the scope of Finance
  • Other ad-hoc reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial and business control, reporting, and planning functions, preferably in the FMCG industry, is also required.
