Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Farm Workers: Direct and manage the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective crop production.
- Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy working environment.
- Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crop production, quality control, and other relevant data to inform future decision-making.
- Crop Production Oversight: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal yields and quality.
- General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required to support the smooth operation of our farm.
- Education: A college or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field such as agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a farm supervisory or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
