Job Title: Sales / Service Representative - North Eastern Ontario

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales / Service Representative to join our team in North Eastern Ontario. As a Sales / Service Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, including sales and merchandising tactics, product knowledge, and selling sessions.
  • Sales Planning, Achievement and Reporting: Develop and implement an area business plan that supports company goals and targets, grow the business by increasing listings and gaining shelf space, and communicate accomplishments and issues to management.
  • Other: Participate in special projects, assist in the development and set-up of product line and customer specific plan-o-grams, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, or marketing is preferred or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license issued by the province in which you are working.
  • 2-5 years of in-store merchandising service or outside sales experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starting individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and honed interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of superior customer service and sales accomplishment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating high levels of honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to develop and follow a sales plan for area.
