We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents in a supportive and compassionate environment.
About the RoleAs a member of our healthcare team, your responsibilities will include observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions. You will provide personal care to residents as required and ensure adherence to infection control practices.
- Assess resident health status, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A diploma or degree in Practical Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) as an LPN.
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification (preferred).
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Effective communication skills in English.
