Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food and beverages to order, following McDonald's quality and safety standards.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following McDonald's cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, but previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
