Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
    • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
    • Conduct infection control audits
  • Financial Management
    • Maintain financial records
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Co-ordinate contract services
    • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
