Job Title: Personal Support Aide

Caringpeople healthcare Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Aide to join our team. As a Personal Support Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Personal Support Aide to assist our clients with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide basic first aid and respond to emergencies
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
