Cashier Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Team Lead to join our team at Nisku Truck Stop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cashiers and sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth store operation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to maintain an efficient and well-stocked store.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
