Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at KINGSGUARD SECURITY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our team is well-organized and efficient.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
Working Conditions
