  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • Implement price and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
