Job Title: Sales Vice President

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Vice President to lead our sales team at Green light Drayage Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a senior role
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
