Job Title: Vice President, Supply Chain & Support Operations

Enercare Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President, Supply Chain & Support Operations. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations, and driving business growth through innovation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the supply chain strategy for equipment, parts, and consumables across residential, commercial, and builder channels.
  • Lead the entire supply chain process for Enercare, including forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and reverse logistics.
  • Identify areas of growth and develop innovative solutions to improve business operations.
  • Lead the corporate supply chain operation and manage the relationships with Enercare's 3PLs.
  • Support and enable the functional leaders on all supply chain operations to achieve best-in-class performance and sustainable improvement.
  • Responsible for leadership oversight of the promotional card fulfillment process, supporting customer satisfaction and efficiency through technology and continuous improvement.
  • Drive all analyses to meaningful conclusions and gain stakeholder alignment on key decisions.
  • Provide operational direction to directors and managers, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives and effective day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or Operations, coupled with several years in a senior management role.
  • 5-10 years of experience leading multi-level teams and functions, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and advocate through change.
  • Demonstrated experience working and operating in direct-to-consumer and B2B channels.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate business strategies, plans, and issues into effective and achievable action plans, related to supply chain and operations.
  • Proven experience negotiating company contracts with suppliers/partners.
  • Strong financial and business acumen and in-depth financial analysis knowledge and experience.
  • Inspiring leadership with a strong executive presence, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to build strong relationships on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and authenticity.
  • Establish and implement strategic initiatives that facilitate growth and transformation.
  • Ability to strategically problem solve; work well under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
