Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work Order Management: Open and close work orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare quotes for customers, taking into account all relevant details and requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Service department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including the Service Manager, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Service Advisor or related administrative/customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract, mechanical aptitude, and previous exposure to a heavy equipment work environment (an asset).
