About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at CASURE SENIORS ASSOCIATION. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the care team
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
  • CPR certification and First Aid training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
