Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on parts availability, prices, substitutions, and inventory levels to our guests.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless operations within the parts and service departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive products and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and ability to match products with customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points.
  • Cantonese speaking an asset.
