Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces are meticulously maintained, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor during interactions with guests, addressing their needs with a smile.
  • Prepare for shifts with a well-stocked cart, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
  • Respect guest property and privacy, following lost and found procedures for items found in rooms and common areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a hotel environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential qualities for this role.

Working Conditions

This role may require working long days, weekends, or irregular shifts to meet business demands or deadlines. The fast-paced environment demands continuous physical activity, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities is crucial.
