In this senior design lead position, you will oversee the development of high-speed transceivers for our Enterprise Serdes team. We are looking for a skilled engineer with a strong understanding of serial-link technologies to join our R&D team.

Your key responsibilities will include defining architecture and specifications for transmitters and receivers, designing and maintaining system-level models, and system-level simulation of design performance across multiple protocols and channels.

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Proven experience in designing and developing high-speed transceivers
  • Expertise in Matlab/Simulink/C modeling of circuits and systems
  • Knowledge of circuit topologies in high-speed Rx/Tx SerDes PHY
  • Understanding of Tx/Rx equalization techniques
