Job Title: Lecturer in Biomedical Toxicology

We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Biomedical Toxicology to join our team at the University of Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and research in the field of biomedical toxicology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in biomedical toxicology, including mechanistic and forensic toxicology topics.
  • Conduct research in biomedical toxicology, with a focus on classical biology and toxicology disciplines.
  • Develop and implement curriculum for new professional master's program in Chemical Risk Assessment (MRA).
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to advance the Toxicology Program and contribute to the university's mission.
Qualifications:
  • PhD in a relevant discipline, with postdoctoral experience preferred.
  • Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, with evidence of community engagement and team collegiality.
  • Ability to contribute to the diversity of the Centre's and School's faculty complement.
