We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Digital Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in business analysis and digital banking, with a strong background in requirements gathering, business requirement documents, and problem-solving.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Attending requirements gathering meetings
  • Creating detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Mapping requirements to modules/features
  • Defining business requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking
  • Digital banking experience is essential
  • Credit domain knowledge is required
  • Ability to prioritize requirements and consult solution and development teams
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of English proficiency
