We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and ensuring all aspects of merchandising and inventory control are aligned with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve Guest Services and customer satisfaction
  3. Manage and motivate store staff to achieve their full potential
  4. Control expenses and minimize shrinkage
  5. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Prior retail and/or management experience required
  • Ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $$$45,000 - $55,000 per year
