Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team at XL Branding. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating large automatic multi-needle machines to embroider or sew lengths of several layers of material.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products.
- Quality Control: Verify equipment's efficiency and investigate machine stoppages to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair minor mechanical problems such as broken or defective needles and make adjustments to machinery as needed.
- Communication: Notify supervisor or repairers of mechanical malfunctions and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, team player, and willing to relocate for this position.
The work site environment is noisy, and the employee will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment.
