Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Dr. Ankush Tony Verma Inc. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals in assessing patients and providing high-quality care.
  • Record vital signs and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain supplies and inventory of equipment.
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of medical supplies.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
