**About the Role**
As a Maintenance Technician at Broadstreet Properties Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-family residential communities. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
- Perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile replacement
- Painting, drywall patching, mudding, taping, etc.
- Maintain building exterior, including basic grounds maintenance as required
- Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report deficiencies
**Requirements**
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance-related role
- Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
- Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets for work-related tasks
- Availability to work on-call on a rotational basis
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
