Executive Vice President of Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President of Financial and Business Services to join our team at L2 Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial and business services functions, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as overseeing our business development and strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the organization.
- Oversee the management of financial resources, including cash flow, investments, and funding.
- Lead business development and strategy initiatives to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be based in a hybrid work environment, with regular travel to client sites and meetings.
