Operational Technology Security Architecture Intern

At CN, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern, Operational Technology Security Architecture to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Information Security Office's (CISO) OT Security Architecture team in the development and review of OT security architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the OT Security Architecture team in key project deliverables, including the development and review of OT security architectures.
- Collaborate with the team to gather and collate information about security architectures of OT systems.
- Provide support in gap analysis of security aspects of existing and planned OT systems.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of OT security architecture diagrams and documentation.
- Interface with various system owners and designers to assist with OT security architecture development.
- Gather information about possible vendors for engagement on proof of concepts.
- Assist with preparing security reviews of draft OT system architectures.
- Participate in meetings with OT system stakeholders and system owners, and assist with preparing meeting materials, presentations, and minutes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking.
- Demonstrated agility and drive for change.
- Eagerness to learn with a general understanding and interest in a career in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and technology best practices as they apply to OT systems.
- Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Process Automation is an asset.
- Experience in Operational Technology and Cybersecurity is an asset.
Education
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Process Automation, or equivalent field.
