About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Sandra Settino. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment).
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
