Job Title: Senior Resident Manager (Live-in)

Pacific Cove Properties is a leading property management company in British Columbia, providing rental accommodation to thousands of families and individuals across the province.

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior Resident Manager to lead our residential team at our building in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Create and implement leasing initiatives to attract and retain high-quality residents.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with residents, proactively address concerns, and foster a sense of community within the building.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and the Residential Tenancy Act.
  • Manage resident issues, including evictions, disputes, and crisis situations.
  • Oversee property maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring a high standard of living conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on property improvement projects and renovations.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and make informed decisions.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of residential property management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act.
