Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap, sales floor, and back office areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, team player, and reliability
