Job Title: Pet Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pet Care Specialist to join our team at Hy Country Kennels & Pet Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kennels and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kennels, runs, and facilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
  • Prepare food and feed animals
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in animal care or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling
Work Environment:

Our kennels and facilities are located in a rural setting, and the work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
