About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned product leader to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a Lead Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Defining Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a clear product roadmap that drives growth and engagement.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design teams to build innovative financial services products.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Engage with third-party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps that support continued product innovation.
- Product Ownership: Own the execution of your team's projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate ongoing product developments to stakeholders across the company, identifying and executing against high-value opportunities.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a product leader with:
- 4+ years of experience in software product management or a related field.
- Prior start-up or product experience, business analyst, management consulting, systems, or engineering background.
- Proven track record of executing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders, dealing with competing priorities.
- Passion for building world-class products with a world-class team.
- Experience working within financial technology companies or banking is an asset.
