Job Summary

The Telecommunications Distribution Associate will provide administrative support to the Telecommunications Distribution team, ensuring the efficient distribution of technicians across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing emails, phone calls, and requests, as well as learning, interpreting, and applying company policies, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and office assistance with speed and accuracy.
  • Distribute technicians across Canada via email and/or phone for work assignments.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and requests.
  • Learn, interpret, and apply company policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files.
  • Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and French (oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, focusing on deadlines, taking initiative, and requiring minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in administration and distribution is an asset.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
