Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sherbrooke. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth
  • Manage client accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or client relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
