We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field. A college or CEGEP diploma in a related field is an asset.
- Health Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and health care plans.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Language: English
- Availability: Available to start immediately
