Senior Technical Lead for In-Vitro Diagnostic Product Development

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team and lead the design and development of new In-Vitro Diagnostic technologies from initial concept creation to clinical validation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely milestone achievement in product development.
- Develop design inputs based on solid scientific research and exploration of region-specific regulatory requirements.
- Oversight of day-to-day lab work, including hands-on benchwork, mentoring, and guiding less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with the Scientific Affairs Team and other departments to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, technical support, and issue resolution.
- MS or PhD in a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience.
- Direct product development experience with rapid IVD devices and successful commercialization experience.
- Broad scientific knowledge and strong critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems.
- A competitive compensation package estimated at $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
