Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks on yarn products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Safely and efficiently operate various machines, perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks, and inspect products for defects.
- Setup and Preparation: Set up machinery, ensure all materials are readily available, and maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Documentation and Packaging: Complete necessary forms, ensure all packages and boxes are sealed correctly and identified, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Production Experience: Familiarity with production and manufacturing processes, or a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Quality Focus: Passion for producing high-quality products and commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reliability and Safety: Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
