Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Lancry Shoshana. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks to individuals with physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide support with daily living activities such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our team works in a non-smoking environment, and we offer optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
