Salary

As a Warehouse Operative with TRCGroup, you can expect to earn a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 up to 10pm, increasing to £13.84 after 12 weeks. From 10pm onwards, your rate will be £15.63, rising to £17.30 after 12 weeks. These rates reflect your hard work and dedication to delivering excellent results.

In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid breaks, on-site parking, and free fruit and hot drinks. You will also have access to a 24/7 helpline offering support with legal, financial, and wellbeing matters.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative with TRCGroup, your primary responsibility will be to pick orders accurately and efficiently. This will involve working in a chilled environment (2-5°C) and using voice picking technology to select items from stock. You will also be responsible for operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) and ensuring that products are secured, marked correctly, and dispatched on time.

You will work closely with our team to achieve daily pick rates and maintain high standards of quality. Your training will include a structured 12-week plan tailored to your needs and abilities, so you can develop your skills and confidence in this role.

To succeed as a Warehouse Operative with TRCGroup, you will need to demonstrate strong physical stamina, good attitude towards work, and reliability. Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding environment is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
