Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Érablière du Pont d'Or Limitée. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, responding to enquiries from members of the business community, and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community, providing information on development opportunities
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization, answering written and oral inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies and review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials and develop feasibility studies
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions, and develop marketing strategies
  • Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place and develop and implement business plans
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
