Job Title: Republican Political Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Republican Political Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to support the Republican Party's efforts to engage with voters and promote our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound phone calls to voters to discuss Republican Party issues and promote our candidates
  • Respond to voter inquiries and provide information about Republican Party policies and initiatives
  • Work with our team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage with voters
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to voter concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
