About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Eco Care Constructions Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Support Medical Examiner: Provide assistance to the medical examiner as needed.
  • Level Earth: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable construction site.
  • Clean and Pile Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Operate Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
