We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to design façade and architectural drawing systems for commercial and residential projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, with a focus on façade and cladding systems. They will be responsible for preparing and designing shop drawings, piece drawings, and work tickets for the fabrication shop. They will also review architectural drawings and project specifications to determine project scope, and prepare estimates of cladding requirements for new construction and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing and designing shop drawings, piece drawings, and work tickets for the fabrication shop
* Reviewing architectural drawings and project specifications to determine project scope
* Preparing estimates of cladding requirements for new construction and retrofit projects
* Drafting 2D and 3D basic building systems and mark-up drawings
* Communicating with clients regarding RFI's and any addendums
* Communicating with clients for approvals including follow-ups after sending drawings
