Job Description:


We're looking for a skilled professional to operate our CNC laser/punching machines, ensuring efficient production processes and delivering exceptional quality products.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Start-up and shut down CNC laser/punching machines, maintaining optimal performance and minimizing downtime
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure precision and accuracy
  • Read and analyze technical drawings to accurately interpret specifications and requirements
  • Program nesting software to optimize material usage and minimize waste
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and adhere to 5S housekeeping standards
  • Load and unload materials using a forklift, promoting safe and efficient workflows


Requirements:



  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to work with and edit machine computer programs
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring physical demands are met
  • Aptitude for attention to detail and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
