Position Summary

The Community Engagement Coordinator and Registrar position at Aspengrove School offers a unique blend of community outreach and academic support responsibilities. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Senior Management Team to plan and execute school-wide events.
2. Develop and implement strategies to engage and build a strong sense of community within the school.
3. Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential academic records for students, including progress reports, comments, report cards, and transcripts.
4. Coordinate parent/teacher interviews and provide Ministry reports as required.
5. Configure the Student Information System for year transitions and support Advancement, Admissions, and Business data requirements.
6. Serve as the administrative contact between the school and Ministry of Education and ensure compliance with ministry academic requirements.

Requirements:

1. Post-secondary education in Office Management, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.
2. Experience with database management and school operations.
3. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in an independent school environment is preferred.
4. Energetic, outgoing, independent worker with highly developed emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and proficiency with MS Office required.
