This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in commercial insurance and become a skilled underwriter. Our 18-month accelerated development program is designed to provide you with unparalleled expertise and growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative industry.
What You'll Do- Rotate through different teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our commercial insurance business
- Work closely with experienced underwriters and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge
- Participate in stimulating business cases and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills
- Learn the technical aspects of insurance, including risk assessment and policy management
- Develop and learn in inspiring ways, including instructor-led training, on-the-job experience, and self-study
- Recent or soon-to-be university or college graduate with a strong GPA
- Knowledge or experience in providing a positive customer experience
- Interest in advancing your career in underwriting and pursuing the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
