At CO_8 Bird Construction Company (Limited Partnership), we are seeking a skilled Yard Labourer & Equipment Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for general labour at the Yard as well as deliveries of equipment, material, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering, loading, and unloading equipment, material, and tools to construction sites.
  • Performing daily inspections of tools, materials, and equipment yard.
  • Inventory control of equipment, material, and tools.
  • Assisting with general Yard operations.
  • Maintenance of equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
  • General Yard clean up.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Class 3 driver's license is required with the ability to drive a one-ton truck with trailer and experience using ratchet straps/bungees.
  • Experience working with equipment such as skid-steer and small hand tools is required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Computer skills are considered an asset.
