Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of our residents. Your expertise will enhance the quality of life for those in our care.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents.
- Develop individualized care plans based on resident needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
- Current registration with BCCN&M.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset.
- Flexible schedule.
- On-site parking.
