Physiotherapy Extern

Welcome to Erie Shores HealthCare, where we strive to deliver exceptional patient care and improve lives in our community. We are currently seeking two (2) Temporary contract Physiotherapy Externs to join our team.

**About the Role:**

The Physiotherapy Extern will work as an unregulated healthcare provider in collaboration with our nursing team under direct and/or indirect supervision of a registered nursing/physiotherapy professional. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

• Supporting the mobilization of patients under the guidance of a nursing/physiotherapy professional.

**Qualifications:**

• A minimum of year two or higher of study in Human Kinetics is required.
• Demonstrate infection prevention and control practices.
• As a condition of employment, proof of COVID-19 vaccination must be submitted to the Hospital's Occupational Health and Safety department.
